What we believe

  • People

We believe the church is about Gods people. Jesus commissioned His disciples to multiply; to make disciple-makers. He did not commission monuments, large churches, or statues. He said to invest into one another. Our goal is to reconcile people to God by conveying the truth of Gods love and expressed in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We are constantly moving towards excellence in the ways of God at the speed of relationship.

  • Bible-Centered

We recognize the Bible as the infallible and authoritative rule of our faith and conduct. The Old and the New Testaments are interpreted according to their context and purpose with reverent obedience to the Lord who speaks through His Word. We conform our lives to Scripture, not the other way around.

  • Empowered

We believe in the complete work of the Holy Spirit in the church today! At Pentecost the Holy Spirit came with power upon men and woman alike and the book of Acts tells of their Kingdom advancements. Like those who walked the streets with Jesus, we too have the same Spirit and mission to advance the Kingdom.

  • Disciple makers

The character, ways and mission of Jesus Christ were to be taught from the very beginning. Our Lord selected men and women to whom He invested His life, His work, and the Kingdom to. It is our joy, passion, and desire to continue what Jesus began thousands of years ago. We are to make disciples who make disciples; we are to go to the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey the commands of Jesus.
