Pathway to being a Local House Church Leader

We believe that the call of God on someone's life is the foremost important indicator of leadership. Below you will see  our pathway to membership at River of Life and then the process of raising up House Church (HC) leaders.

Membership:
  • On-Ramp
    • 2 weeks over zoom for one hour each
    • Reviews videos - "Why House Church", "Word & Spirit", and "Discipleship" here at River of Life

  • Freedom Prayer
    • 8 weeks in person once a week
    • Work through Spiritual strongholds and walk in the freedom that Jesus called us to in Luke 4:18-19
Required HC Leader Training:
  • Relational Identification of Call of God
  • On-site training
  • Self-Assessment
  • Either Complete House Church Leader Course or one on one mentorship.
  • Once a year weekend retreat
  • On-going conversation about areas of growth and strength on relational level
  • Once a month HC leaders Lunch & Q&A

On Going HC Leader Training (optional resources)
  • 4  yearly Intensive Training Days
  • Messenger Essentials 25 week course
  • ADJ with Dave Buehring through Lionshare.
  • Bible Classes, Hearing God’s Voice, & other productions
