At River of Life, we try to make every ministry reflect the value we place on discipleship. For our worship team, this means we aren’t just leading songs, we are actively raising up and equipping musicians to serve and lead worship. If you are interested in being a part of our team, we want to help you develop your musical abilities and your walk with the Lord. Our team exists to serve the congregation through creating environments of intimacy with God, celebration, and whole-hearted worship. We want all eyes to be on God, and we want to sing songs that activate our hearts to engage in giving Him the attention and praise He deserves.
Sunday Services or Other Corporate Worship Services
For Sunday mornings, we schedule a rotation of musicians to allow for more people to be a part of the team. This provides needed breaks and opportunities to worship simply as part of the congregation. The schedule is determined based on need, skill level, availability, and demonstrated heart for worship. The team meets at 8:30am on Sunday morning, for sound check, prayer, and run through.
Interested in Serving on the Worship Team?
If you’d like to be a part of our team, please let us know your areas of interest (i.e instrument, vocals, strengths, recording or live worship, etc) We'd love to help you develop your gifts and find the right place to activate them in our gatherings.
