ARISE youth ministry
ARISE youth exists to disciple young people to live like Jesus, to discover who God created them to be, and to learn how us the gifts God gives them for His Kingdom. Our target youth group age is 7th – 12th grade, although mature 6th graders are welcome to join us as well. We want your experience in youth to be both incredibly fun and deeply meaningful. Discipleship works best when relationships are genuine, so we make a huge effort to know each other, developing relationships outside of our meeting time. God is raising up young people who are learning to hear His voice, understand His word, and obey His ways.
Our main youth group gathering is on Wednesday nights from 6:00 – 8:00pm. During this time, we have snacks, fellowship, a game, teaching, discussion, time of worship, and prayer for each other.
In addition to our regular meeting time, we also run youth events throughout the month: game nights, tobogganing, Nerf wars, retreats, camps, missions trips, fundraisers, service projects, worship events, partnering with other youth groups, etc.
